RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The products sold by Majestic Lady Boutique, are handmade in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are final.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying, should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Majestic Lady Boutique does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged or if the issue was cause by our company. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to majesticladyboutique@gmail.com, within 48 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.
